Parcero’s campaign for PAM asked a question on the minds of many young service workers: what the beep is a union? Humour and everyday situations explained what a trade union can offer.

A trade union can seem remote, even when the terms it negotiates shape your working life. Employment advice, shop stewards and unemployment benefits were explained through situations in which workers need them.
Tonto Helsinki produced the campaign films, directed by Matias Nystedt. In Keittiö (Kitchen), a smart speaker sends the person asking for help to their trade union. Ville Salminen shot the campaign photography as part of the same production.
